A. Privacy Statement

Your privacy is valued and respected at SaaS Services, LLC (“Seller Brain,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). This Privacy Policy describes the types of information, including Personal Data, that we collect when you use our website (including https://sellerbrain.com), applications, and related services (collectively, the “Service”), as well as your choices regarding the use and disclosure of your Personal Data.

As used in this Privacy Policy, “Personal Data” means information that identifies or can reasonably be linked to an identifiable individual.

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

This Privacy Policy is incorporated into our Terms of Service.

2. Amazon Seller Data (SP-API Authorized Data)

If you authorize Seller Brain to access your Amazon seller account through the Amazon Selling Partner API (“SP-API”), we may retrieve seller-authorized operational data necessary to provide the requested functionality.

This may include:

  • Inventory data

  • Order totals and counts

  • Refund totals

  • Return totals

  • Shipment and fulfillment data

  • Performance metrics

  • Brand analytics data

We access only the data necessary to deliver authorized features within your account.

Amazon-derived data is processed solely to provide operational functionality to the specific seller account that granted authorization.


3. Amazon Customer Personally Identifiable Information (PII)

Seller Brain does not store Amazon customer Personally Identifiable Information (PII), including:

  • Customer names

  • Customer email addresses

  • Customer phone numbers

  • Delivery addresses

  • Gift messages

If Amazon customer PII is transiently processed as part of an authorized workflow, it is not retained beyond what is necessary to complete that specific function. Seller Brain retains only non-identifiable transactional metrics, such as:

  • Order amounts

  • Order counts

  • Refund totals

  • Return counts

These metrics do not contain Amazon customer PII.


4. Information Collected Automatically

When you use our Service, we may automatically collect certain technical information, including:

  • IP address

  • Browser type

  • Device type

  • Operating system

  • Referring pages

  • Usage statistics

This information is used for:

  • Security monitoring

  • Fraud prevention

  • System performance

  • Service improvement


C. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to:

Amazon Data Usage Restrictions

Amazon-derived data accessed through the SP-API is used solely to provide authorized operational functionality to the seller account that granted access.

Seller Brain does not:

  • Use Amazon data for advertising

  • Use Amazon data for marketing targeting

  • Sell Amazon data

  • Share Amazon data with competing sellers

  • Aggregate non-public Amazon seller data across accounts for resale or competitive benchmarking

All analytics are performed on a per-account basis.

Marketing communications are sent only to users who voluntarily provided their email address during account registration. Amazon-derived data is never used for marketing purposes.


E. Data Sharing

Seller Brain does not sell Personal Data.

We may share limited information with trusted service providers necessary to operate our platform, including:

  • Payment processors

  • Cloud infrastructure providers

  • Security monitoring providers

These service providers are contractually obligated to maintain confidentiality and appropriate security safeguards.

We do not permit third parties to use Amazon-derived data for their own purposes.

We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect our legal rights.


F. Data Security

We implement administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including:

  • Encryption in transit using TLS 1.2 or higher

  • Encryption at rest using industry-standard encryption such as AES-256

  • Role-based access controls (RBAC)

  • Multi-factor authentication (MFA)

  • Logging and monitoring of access events

  • Principle of least privilege access

Access to Amazon-derived data is restricted to authorized personnel with a legitimate business need.


G. Data Retention

We retain account-level information for as long as necessary to provide the Service and comply with legal obligations.

We retain non-identifiable transactional metrics for reporting and accounting purposes.

We do not retain Amazon customer PII.

Upon account termination, data is securely deleted or anonymized in accordance with applicable data retention policies and contractual obligations.


H. Incident Response

Seller Brain maintains an incident response program designed to detect, contain, and remediate security incidents.

In the event of a security incident involving Amazon-derived data, we will investigate promptly and notify Amazon in accordance with our contractual obligations.


I. International Users

Seller Brain operates in the United States. By using the Service, you acknowledge that your information may be processed in the United States.


J. Children’s Privacy

The Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from children.


K. Third-Party Links

The Service may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those websites.


L. Your Rights

You may request:

  • Access to your Personal Data

  • Correction of inaccurate data

  • Deletion of your account

  • Opt-out of marketing communications
